Air springs are used in carbon vibration froming press
By adding air spring components and re-arranging the overall structure of the molding machine, the current pre-pressurization of the molding machine based on the existing equipment is realized. Through the pre-pressurization, the compaction force of the vibration molding machine can be effectively improved.The air spring is added to pre-press the weight to further increase the compaction force and minimize the gap between material particles.
A cover is added above the heavy hammer of the original molding machine to pass through the lifting shaft of the heavy hammer. Two sets of air springs are assembled in the cover. Two sets of oil cylinders are installed at both ends of the cover to lock the cover and the mold.
After adding the air spring,in the initial state, the air spring shrinks (communicating with the atmosphere), and the weight and the cover are in the initial state (the highest point). When starting to work, the weight and the cover body descend. When the cover body is lowered to fit the lower mold cavity, the locking oil cylinder is sent to work to lock the cover body and the lower mold cavity. When the tightening action is completed, the molding machine vibrating table vibrates. After the vibration is over, send a message to open the clamping cylinder and air spring. After the clamping oil cylinder is opened in place, the weight is lifted, and the air spring is compressed to exhaust and reset. When an ultra-low block occurs, that is, when the weight falls beyond the maximum stroke of the air spring, close the air spring intake.
